I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services provided by this company. My journey with them involved two instructors, both of whom were highly skilled. While one of the instructors exhibited a slight lack of appropriateness, I was incredibly impressed by how swiftly and effectively the company addressed my concerns. The fact that they were so supportive and not defensive over their instructors when they do wrong is so amazing, they put us as clients well being over anything which I really love. Their commitment to ensuring my safety and comfort was exemplary, and the way they handled the situation with care and compassion truly speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.

What stood out to me the most was the outstanding management within the company, I love how it’s run by a family which makes me feel even more comfortable with them and love supporting them in any way. Waqas butt is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune my areas of weaknesses. I have been lucky to have him as my instructor and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. From my communication with the lady at the reception to Akram, my instructor, I experienced the best customer service.

I was in need of a last minute car and instructor 3 days prior to my test. I received the best quote and efficient service when paired with Akram.

On the day, he helped to reduce my nerves and fast tracked me to be able to pass my test. I was successful with very few minors, which I can confidently attribute to the hour and a half lesson we had prior to the test.

My only regret is that I didn’t find him earlier!

I passed my practical driving test today at the first attempt in Goodmayes all thanks to my instructor Akram and Top Learner Driving School. The Top Learner Driving School is an excellent choice because they have many great instructors and can accommodate your availability. I had an excellent instructor named Akram who accommodated my availability. He always made slots available for me as I was quite demanding with the amount of lessons I wanted before my driving test. He has trust in his students and works with them efficiently. He plans his lessons accordingly, setting tasks and goals for specific areas. One of the most helpful things he did was to conduct mock tests where he made sure that all the routes, especially the most common ones, were covered before the actual test. He also ensured that you drove following the Satnav instructions, which helped in preparing for the exam. The most important thing was that Akram was an amiable instructor who was extremely encouraging. Instead of shouting at you for mistakes, he kindly explained what your mistakes were and advised you on how to fix them. He truly boosted my confidence, which was crucial in making me enjoy learning and feel more confident during my test. I highly recommend Top Learner Driving School and Akram to all learners. My experience was great and I left feeling much more confident in my driving skills.

My instructor, Mohsin, was really amazing. He was really patient and helped me build confidence for the test. He made me do the exam routes several times and helped me perfect them.

I passed my test in August, my situation was a bit of a obscure one . As the date of my test my original instructor was on holiday and could not take me to my test . Plus my availability was limited , And so the top learner driving school was able to put me in touch with mohammad. I had 8 lessons with him . Bear in mind I have been driving for a few years but because of covid it put me back . He was so patient with me I really had a good time with him . Upon my test I was not as nervous to. So I would give 10 stars if I could . This school really helped me . Thank you so much.

He knew everything very well and his teaching was always effective. His attention to details helped me a lot to prepare my test.

He was also very encouraging, especially when I made mistakes, he talked me through patiently and explained the reason behind. Today I passed and it wouldn’t have been possible without Amir sir. I am really happy with the way he taught me all the different manoeuvres with easy to follow guidelines.
